Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ClearTone Letters. By submitting an order and making payment, you agree to the following.
1. Nature of the Service
ClearTone Letters provides professional writing assistance only. We write letters based on the information you provide. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or professional representation of any kind.
We do not verify the accuracy of the information supplied by clients. Responsibility for the content and use of the letter rests entirely with the client.
2. No Guarantees or Warranties
ClearTone Letters makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the outcome, effectiveness, or results of any letter.
Institutions, employers, landlords, insurers, and public bodies respond according to their own policies and decisions. We cannot and do not promise any particular outcome.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranty.
3. No Refunds or Chargebacks
Due to the nature of the service — which involves personalised writing time and work — all payments are final and non-refundable.
Once a letter has been written or work has begun, no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued, regardless of whether the letter produces a desired outcome.
Submitting an order confirms your acceptance of this policy.
4. Revisions
One reasonable revision is included with each standard letter, provided the request relates to the original brief. Revisions do not include rewriting the letter for a new situation or purpose.
5. Letter Length
The standard service covers one letter of up to one A4 page (approximately 400–500 words). Requests requiring longer or multiple letters may be quoted separately.
6. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing the letter before sending it
- Ensuring it is suitable for your situation
- Deciding whether and how to use it
ClearTone Letters accepts no liability for any loss, dispute, or consequence arising from the use of any letter.
7. Prohibited Use
ClearTone Letters will not provide writing intended to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate
- Mislead or impersonate
- Create false claims or fraudulent documents
- Circumvent legal or contractual obligations
We reserve the right to refuse service where a request falls outside acceptable use.
8. Confidentiality
All information provided is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of writing your letter.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearTone Letters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
10. Changes
ClearTone Letters may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
